At Guelaguetza Restaurants, our dishes consist of only the best recipes of traditional Oaxacan cuisine.  Our recipes are incredibly labor intensive, elaborated with the most authentic ingredients brought directly from our homeland.  In working directly with Oaxacan merchants, we are able to preserve the authenticity as a highly respected and satisfying craft.

We highly recommend one our six award-winning moles: Mole Negro, Rojo, Verde, Coloradito, Amarillo or Estofado.  Also, our Clayudas, Chiles Rellenos, Tazajo, Cecina, Chorizo, Empanadas, and Tamales de Mole.
